There are countless benefits for children who do yoga. From learning how to manage stress through breathing, awareness & healthy movement, to building concentration and increasing self confidence. They also get to detach from eletronics and feel part of a healthy, non-competitive group.
We believe getting kids outdoors is the best thing for them (along with yoga!)
So, weather permitting, we try to do all of our classes outdoors.
This connects children with nature and their environment.
